M K ANANDA CLUB is based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom. The club was established in 1989 by the local Bengali community. The club has been  organising Durga Puja in Newton Longville, Buckinghamshire for the 24^th running Year.

President’s Welcome

On this auspicious occasion of Durga Puja/Dussera, I extend my greetings and good wishes to all my fellow club members, friends and their families.

Durga Puja symbolises the triumph of truth and is an inspiration for life of  righteous action. This is the time to move beyond our differences and to look at our humanity. A time for contemplating and acknowledging those who are less fortunate.

May the ensuing festival be a time to celebrate our unity, work whole-heartedly for the betterment of our community and to strengthen the foundations of our society. We should join together to promote goodwill, communal harmony and to pray for World peace.

May the ALMIGHTY Goddess Durga shower her blessings on all of us in this season of festivity. Let us all enjoy this joyous and colourful ceremony with high spirits.
